SERVICES Psych Support Assessment Services (PSAS) offers complete cognitive and educational assessments. A full Educational Assessment includes: § IQ/Cognitive Test + § Achievement Tests (Reading, Spelling and Arithmetic) + § Concentration (ADD/ADHD) and Behaviour Rating Scales/Questionnaires Assessments can be administered from the age of 2 years old up to adulthood. Some reasons for assessment are: § School Readiness Testing § Testing for ADHD and ADD § Assessment of Asperger's Disorder and other Developmental Disorders § Behaviour Management - strategies for parents § Testing for schools’ special provision applications for the SC/HSC § Measuring one’s intellectual potential § Testing for gifted and talented programs § Assessing strengths and weaknesses § Testing whether one’s ability is age appropriate § Discovery of possible learning difficulties and/or ADHD § Possible reading difficulties and other developmental disorders. § Basic Vocational Assessments § General Counselling – social skills, self esteem concerns, anger management, Self confidence, stress management, bullying, etc § Study skills – time management, mood management, etc Discussion workshops for child care centres, schools or other organisations on: 1.
